Training Calendar

Tulare County's Office of Emergency Services (OES) sponsors a number and a variety of courses and trainings throughout the year, which are posted on the calendar below. To register for a particular course or training:

  1. Find the course date or training session that best suites your schedule, and then
  2. Click on the class to go to the registration form

In the middle range is ICS-200. Toward the top, labeled Additional Training (Advanced), are IS-800, ICS-300, and ICS-400. An empty column is labeled Position-Specific.These trainings range from introductory to function/position specific (which will likely require prerequisite trainings). SEMS/NIMS/ICS Combined Course

The SEMS/NIMS/ICS Combined Course provides a basic overview of SEMS, NIMS and ICS. This course will identify the benefits of using these systems for incident and emergency management and identify the organizational principles of these systems.

The SEMS/NIMS/ICS combined course fulfills the training requirements for the following courses:

ICS-300

Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents: ICS-300 provides training and resources for personnel who require advanced knowledge and application of the ICS. This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.

ICS-400

Advanced ICS: This course provides training and resources for personnel who require advanced application of ICS. This course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300.
